Chad the manager/server was awesome! The catfish nuggets with homemade tartar sauce,hush puppies and slaw were amazing. Not a huge fish or slaw fan but loved both. And the Mile high peanut butter explosion dessert was homemade and so delicious 😁
Great and quick service, lots of items on the menu- servers offered pretty good suggestions. We are a group of 12 and came here after kayaking and had a super filling meal! All of us got different items on the menu and they were all good! Special mention to Chad and Delhane!!
Nice quiet place to eat by the water! I went with my grandfather on a Wednesday for lunch, and this place definitely had a calm and older crowd. We sat in the plastic chairs on the deck outside. I will say that if you eat outside the service does seem a bit slower, but that gave us plenty of time to chat and enjoy our dining experience. Definitely a lovely place to chat, enjoy the view, and eat delicious food. Everything was piping hot and fresh. I got the club sandwich and couldn't eat it all because it was so layered with goodness and very filling. Come for a visit if you have a long lunch break!
I stopped by the Creekside the last night of the 25 MXON. The breaded pork tenderloin was great as were the burgers. Kimberly waited on us outside and kept the bar open inside a wee bit after hours so us and a group of international race fans from the Netherlands could celebrate the MX des Nations. Kimberly helped us drive the group of international MX fans back to Ironman at midnight on a Sunday. If you are in town for Ironman GNCCs or MX Nationals stop by and say hello to Kimberly!
We found this little spot on Google as we were searching for restaurants near us and we're so glad we did! The view of the creek is so pretty and the service was fantastic! The food ordered was tasty and their house-made salsa is great! I'd have taken more pictures of outside, but it was chilly out, for June.
So I thought it looked like an interesting place and thought we should try it out. I was a little disappointed when I walked in and saw Prime Rib as the special not too pricey . I Love PR, but I'm not a real big eater anymore and momma didn't say let's split it. Oh well. But guess what, I ordered the prime rib sandwich and OMG. it's exactly what I need. Truthfully I have to say it was cut fresh, and if it wasn't, TRY IT!! it's AWESOME. hopefully we will be back someday. The atmosphere and the view, very pretty. Check out the video
Love the food at Swick’s Creekside! For me it’s the pulled pork with ‘Bama sauce, Mac and cheese and sweet potato waffle fries!! Also love the banana pudding for later because I don’t have room after finishing. I’m really looking forward to when the renovation is complete. I appreciate that they’re open so the staff can keep working.
HOLY COW! (well, turkey in this case!) Came for lunch went with the staff recommendations AND I'M SO GLAD I DID! This is quite possibly the best smoked turkey I've ever had. It is most and has a ton of flavor. I got the chance to try several things and enjoyed them all, but the real start of the show is these sweet potato waffle fries! I am not normally a fan of sweet potato anything, but they have changed my mind! These things are going to be a problem!!! I'm really looking forward to what this team is going to bring to the community. If this is just phase 1, I can't imagine what is coming next! Great service, great people, great food!
We were getting married nearby and ate at this restaurant several times. We also chose to host our rehearsal dinner here on the patio. The menus are a bit old and worn out, but everything else is love! The decor is great and they go all out to decorate for holidays. We have always had good service and the food has always been very good! We definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good meal and a relaxed atmosphere!
The salad, and the potato were average. The Friday night prime rib was unbelievable! I had an end cut, seasoned and seared. It was fantastic. My wife and I ate a prime rib at Gordon Ramsay‘s restaurant in Louisville a few weeks ago. This was better! Thank you, everybody!
